So I ordered 2 packages: If I call the post office and provide the tracking number, will they allow me to pickup?

I got an email from the company I ordered from saying that it couldn't be delivered due to insufficient address.

Not sure how one got delivered and not the other.

Will they give me my package?

What happens if it gets sent all the way back? Will I have to pay again for shipping?

EDIT: so I reviewed everything, the address was/is correct. I have my phone number on there and everything...

Not sure about US mail, but here the Post Office will keep the item for a short time to allow chance to pick up - after which the parcel is returned to sender

I think so with photo I’d that shows your address. Check with your post office

you should be able to get it from the post office, and no you won't be charged the shipping if it gets sent back. i have done that with them and with UPS

If you have the tracking number, and a photo ID that matches the addressee, they will let you have it. Call early before they put it on a truck somewhere else or back to sender.
