Depends if you have anti-virus software installed on your phone. If you have, and these messages are coming from that software, then you need to use that software to remove the virus.

If you don't have anti-virus software installed, those messages are malware and are trying to get you to click on a link where your information could be compromised. Download some software to remove that malware.
