Quora users, if your questions are often deleted and posts by others insulting or even threatening you, that you report, are never deleted, does this

mean you are on some kind of list of theirs as a bad user?

I gave up using Quora some time ago.

Made no sense how their algorithm or moderator system worked.
And it was always the same objectors when you appeal decisions
