Does a Yahoo email address make the owner look old and out of touch?

A woman who has a Yahoo email address is seeking a job and heard it makes her look old. She is worried that potential employers may use age discrimination based on just her email address - assuming that anyone with older email is too old (even though Yahoo is still up and running). I asked her why she would be concerned about working for anyone who would judge her by age anyway.
