The Opportunity:

We are seeking a new team member to join us in a Sales Support role. Working closely with both our Sales and Operations team, you will play a pivotal role to ensure customers’ enquiries and orders are processed and managed in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information to support sales activity and reporting

Assisting the sales team with follow-ups, documentation & coordination of customer communications to keep opportunities moving forward

Issuing purchase orders and liaising with external suppliers

Establishing and coordinating best means of freight for outgoing equipment

Coordinating training and commissioning dates in alignment with customer deadlines

Assisting with customer enquiries following a proactive and informative approach

Supporting our Sales & Operations team to deliver exceptional service and customer outcomes

However applications from sales people from a non trade background who are familiar with bakery equipment and processes, are also highly encouraged

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will be able to display most or all of the following skills and attributes:
You are a highly motivated Sales professional.
You are a strong Business Developer who can both leverage off an existing client base, or break new ground.
You have at least 5 years experience selling into the target markets.
You are well organised and able to manage a number of concurrent projects from inception through to installation and commissioning.
You have a passion and flare for the Bakery industry and can identify opportunities, build trust with your client base and sell a capital equipment solution based on quality, cost of ownership and ROI.
