is 58 tabs a lot to have open in google chrome
can it cause computer problems if you have that many tabs open? ive gotten the blue error screen a few times recently...i still use windows 7.

Triple your cache size on windows.
I once had over 100 tabs opened. However after 99 Foxfire uses the "∞" sign. Must mention that was on a cellphone which automatically adjusts cache sizes.
On cellphones it can lock up the OS, if there's not enough room.
