Could you go a few days without social media?

I was thinking about the way people don't communicate deeply on ground anymore as they are always on their phones. Is it better to go a few days without social media?

Easily. I've had the last week in April with no social media or even watched TV. I do think a lot of people are wasting their lives on social media.
