Could you go a few days without social media?
I was thinking about the way people don't communicate deeply on ground anymore as they are always on their phones. Is it better to go a few days without social media?

Is best to try to avoid addiction to social-media, when they become anything-but-social-media.
I can and sometimes do live without it, mainly when on holiday somewhere. Though I have my portable 'phone with me it's not linked to the Internet and spends most of the time switched off.
Lest that last clause puzzles anyone, yes they can be switched off!
