Google is purging ad-blocking extension uBlock Origin from the Chrome Web Store

https://www.techspot.com/news/105130-google-purging-ad-blocking-extension-ublock-origin-chrome.html

Manifest V3 is a downgrade that's lacking many V2 features, crucial to ad blockers. With any luck, This will hopefully send people fleeing back to Firefox.

ublock origin seems to be the only thing that blocks youtube ads.

Funny, someone on here that I didn't used to get along with actually recommended it.

But yeah I been using firefox for years and it always seems alright.

I hope it does. It's surprising who is using chrome code. Brave browser for one.
