Are cyberbullies and trolls about the same?

I'm sure they can be. Anything is possible. But when I think of a troll. I think of a nuisance. A cyberbully is actually a coward playing tough behind a screen. They can be nuisances too. But trolls don't usually come with that approach. However, both enjoy tormenting someone else. So I see where the similarities lie.
