Spectrum internet

Any reviews over this company? Since I got a letter a week ago from att that my crappy DSL internet was gonna switch to att air or something like that, I knew I had to switch it’s been years neighbors around have not used att service and was with spectrum but ughh shitty technicians suckeddd
