Right. I’m not a hypochondriac but I start wondering if something in my body isn’t “right” and have to look it up and then it just leads me to other ideas etc and I start thinking it’s all gonna be the end of me. Ugh! *sigh* lol… but just remind yourself to be present outside yourself; engage in physical activity; participate with others. Take a deep breathe and Let those worries pass you by. ❤️

After my heart attack i take all my aches seriously but i just send a note to the appropriate doctor and try to take their advice and am getting healthier every day

I don’t know if it’s the same thing but I have a lot of health issues so then I start googling them and read all about them and the. It makes me anxious so that’s not good.
But yeah, the internet certainly doesn’t help when it can make you feel so nervous about something that’s going on in your body. It’s best to wait and talk to the doctor.

@Azlotto you know people have waited to get checked thinking it was gas. I worked with a man that happened to and he died a week later. Waited till he was turning gray to get treatment and his heart was already badly damaged. He lasted 4 days in the hospital till he died.
