will this cause any problems using google chrome

i still use windows 7 because i prefer it and have no problems, i just opened the google chrome browser...and a message appeared at the top near the tabs saying

' to get google chrome updates in future you will have to update to windows 10 or later, this computers is using windows 7'.

and i got a little worried because i want to keep windows 7 and i always prefer to use google chrome....so i can i still go on using chrome even if its an outdated version?

i don't want anything to get in the way of me using chrome and keeping windows 7...i would appreciate any reassurance as i'm a little worried now, thanks.

Well, eventually what's going to happen with 7 is, most software is going to no longer provide Windows 7 updates. What this means is, if someone finds a backdoor to get access to your system through a program, that developer isn't liable or responsible for that, as they've given advance notice of no new updates to Windows 7 users.

It's gonna be real tough for me because I'm on 10, but my computer doesn't have the capability to be able to use 11, and I can't afford a new computer anytime soon. I would say in the next 5 years, I'll still have to use this computer that I'm using now, because I have no money. I do work a job and get paid but it almost all goes elsewhere. Until that changes, I'm screwed if 10 becomes obsolete.
