what is the ONE NEW thing that has entered our world along with the increasing rise of anger and violence??
there has always been difference of opinion between liberals and conservatives, socialists and pro-business, alcohol abuse, use of opium cocaine etc, guns, anger\hate, prejudice.
so what is new and different?? what is the catalyst??
is it just coincidence with the use of technology to toughen up our peaceful farmboys into coldhearted killing machines before sending them off to europe for 2 world wars, korea, and vietnam.. then that technology advances into war games and strategy made available to the consumer. hollywood using it to saturate the movie\tv screen with criminal\gangs\ drug use\violence. the consumer still cant get enough and buys into the internet and every new gadget invented so we can be connected to the garbage found there. our mind is saturated with these images of horror, bloodshed, violence, even music promotes anarchy and we wonder how does killing continue?? how do we stop it?? maybe by first by unplugging!! after you read my post obviously. for disclosure i do own a 10 year old laptop i take to library on saturdays...15 year old heavy CRT television on which i occasionally watch PBS...and a 30 year old clock radio.
