Anyone else ever experience not being able to checkout on Walmart,com?

It keeps giving me error messages saying "cannot authorize transaction".

Yes, I have money in my account...

Makes no sense. The item is not in stores, hence why I'm trying to purchase online.

Could be a glitch in their system. I ordered something through another company that places the orders to Walmart (an insurance over-the-counter benefit that allows $50 every 3 months to be ordered) on Friday and the lady that took my order called me back and said that after she had saved all the information and ran the order that it wouldn’t go through. I had to give her my card number again and she ran it again maybe 15 minutes later and it went through that time.

They get fritzy sometimes. Usually if you wait an hour or so they fix it.

That has happened to me. You can try re-entering your card information and see if that works.

@sassypants it wont let me. It should be fine though because my card info is saved and always pops up when I ordr things online.

@iamnikki Then its their system having an issue. Maybe just wait and try again after while. That happens to me with Amazon sometimes.

are you using google's browser? a lotof checkouts dont work if youre not using google chrome
