@WonderGirl Addictions tend to have underlying cause that is often due to factors in your life and lifestyle. Those aren't always easy to change though, but you should consider things that are causing misery and fuel the addiction and change what are capable of changing.

Look back on attempts to quit and relapses and look at what happened and why because that may help you make adjustments. Different methods work for different people (cold turkey, weaning, etc...) I'd also focus on the easiest addiction to quit as your first priority because, well, it's easiest.

Finding other addicts to talk to is another important step. There's no shortage on SW or you can go to specific forums/subreddits/facebook pages/whatever just to relate to others.

Getting clean is HARD. And most importantly you have to forgive yourself if you relapse. Don't allow for relapses, don't say "oh it doesn't matter I'll relapse", but just accept they can happen and forgive yourself and don't spiral into self-hate.
