Today's thought on housing

I'd like to find a way to saturate with truly affordable housing and start a race to the bottom like so many companies have done to the trucking rates. Making sure people can afford where they live and all the big builders barely make a profit. I think they should make a few hundred dollars per house not a few hundred thousand. I wouldn't intend to be there at that point, real estate should be for shelter not profit
