Really bad day +

On top of this this being an unbelievably bad day, I got my heart stomped on by a woman I trusted. I have so much pent of anger right now I want to explode. I'm sane enough to know I can't do do that, I'm literally too dangerous. It scares me to think of ever losing control.

I'm sorry that happened. I understand the feeling. It will take as long as it takes, but work to let it go, if you can.
