Most of our problems are self-inflicted.

* every mess you've made is a blueprint in reverse... Follow it back, and you'll find the habits that need to be broken.

* If you caused most of your problems, you're also the one with the power to fix them.

* The moment you decide to stop blaming anything external, everything internal becomes a weapon for progress.

* Your problems are rarely random. They're built from our own choices, invited warnings, and tolerated weakness(es).

That brings a lot of guilt lol.

I never blame others, I always blame myself.
I do not know what I did for me to have these mental health issues. I'm just trying my best to keep up living and better myself.

This kind of mindset hurts more than helps in some situations I guess.
ALL of these statements are absolutely spot on.
It would be a different world if a lot more people were in a mindset of accepting and practicing these.

(And, trial lawyers wouldn't have nearly as many cases.)

@FoxyQueen what you mean by that?
FoxyQueen · 51-55, FNew
@powernap Shadow work is a Freudian concept where, when you discover something about someone or a situation that causes you a negatove emotion, it means it is something you do yourself that you need to process and learn how to change that part of yourself. IE: all problems stem from yourself.
