Its really difficult to understand such simple thought.

SW-User
I found myself. I think my parents death worked to my advantage in that way. I forced myself to face so many fears and filled my life with so much freedom and wonder.

Finding yourself is painful, hard work that most won’t do. It can be a path of solidarity.

@SW-User it’s painful to hear that, specially bundled with loss of close once. Loss mostly breaks people from inside. You have shown great courage my friend.

I agree path of finding yourself is solidarity as no one can walk with you in your journey. We often confuse the idea of partner. Our partner is on a different path as we are but we choose to be companion of the journey but we traverse different paths

There's both truth and misconception in that. For the influences are as well apart of yourself.

There simply no way to separate that because you simply can't remember that far back as a baby.

Look at it this way. At what age was your first memory? I'll tell you now it wasn't before you were 1 years old.

Before 1 years old is when your own mind grew the fastest.

Yet without that influence you would have long before have actually passed away, good or bad influence.

Even still, some of the most brain damaged people have had little influence during that time.

@DeWayfarer I understand your perspective but I believe that we have been true self when we were kid, not like a toddler but the glass we had as young kid was more pure than now.

@Mystical there's a very ancient saying that is absolutely true in many ways. Recently it actually was proven true ...

Give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.

― Aristotle 384-322 BCE.

Please notice the ... until 7, not after 7.
keep digging
