Just a thought ... Why don't Democrats want Latino immigrants in their own affluent backyard communities?

Could it be that Democrats want Latino immigrants to live in slums and ghettos in order to keep them poor and oppressed just like they do to African American people? To keep them as 'victims'? Then promise them the world come election time?
Or is it "there goes the neighborhood" racism?
Or BOTH?
