I am feeling super anxious about going back to work tomorrow

Took two weeks off for personal reasons and now that I have to log in tomorrow I am full of dread. I feel sick to my stomach. I know I should be grateful I have a job at all right now, but I just feel so overwhelmed by the thought of rejoining the rat race. I wish I didn't feel this dread weighing me down tonight on my last night of freedom

I get like this too when had a bit of time off, but once you are there it will feel like you haven't had any time off at all.
