And I thought we were chill
One day, I showed a text of mine to my male coworker. He's not there any more but I thought we were pretty chill since I bought smoke off of him and he would tell me random crime stories.
It was my response to someone. No, not drama. I forget why I showed it. I think to show him how I had responded to something.
WELL, hear me out:
Texting and casual texting are DIFFERENT.
Much like lounging in pajamas with friends,
Not wearing makeup or hair products for friends,
Not showering just to hang with friends,
Eating sloppy a** taco bell or pasta with friends,
I did not type my best in the text.
Meaning, I used things like "i", lowercase. and "im", also lowercase. I did not capitalize the name/place I can't remember. basically apostrophe's and capitals were out the window.
His immediate reaction, "I can't even focus because of the grammar! OH my GOD"
I was so embarrassed that to this day I cringe.
IT'S BECAUSE I DON'T CARE WHAT I TYPE LIKE WITH FRIENDS OR ON SIMILAR WORLDS. THIS ISN'T A GOSH DAMN WORK EMAIL.
I've been mortified since.
But I shall persist! I want to type comfortably, not professionally.
Apostrophe's and capitals are honestly ridiculous anyway.
