@Ontheroad I do like the extra firm marinated in Kikkoman, then coated in cornstarch and fried... that's a nice snack, but even too much of that is not pleasing.
@mindstruggle I like it but mostly as a protein replacement in different dishes. I made some Japanese curry with veggies and tofu a couple of weeks ago... devoured it!
