@Dewms He built a gigantic gold statue of himself on top of this ludicrously huge "arch of neutrality" to prove how neutral Turkmenistan is. He banned all gold teeth and beards. Then he wrote a really stupid book and BUILT A STATUE OF HIS BOOK.
