Take time out for yourself.
Be kind to yourself.
Learn as much as you can about who you are, why you allowed it to happen.
I went into an isolation phase, helped me heal, I’m still healing but this gave me plenty time to myself and decide what I want in life and what I don’t want.
You will come out the other side, it just takes time. 🕰️ we will never be the same person as before but you will Come out stronger and even better for going through it.
They didn’t destroy you, they just opened you up to be the better version of you.
