Alex Jones seems pretty confident he won't have to pay the billion dollar ruling against him

It doesn't matter. They'll take everything he has. All his businesses and money. The worst thing is he has no remorse. He's horrible.

He has no morals

In general he's a terrible human being that profits off of suffering. I hope he pays a substantial amount even though I think the ruling was absurd.
