how do you gain confidence in yourself
there's this woman who i'm really getting to know online, been messaging her years now...i am in my mid 40s now....i would like to lead up to eventually getting her phone number and very eventually, meeting her.
but the problem is i have zero self confidence and low self worth as i've been through a lot in life...and what if one day there's an opportunity to meet her.....i couldn't do that with no self confidence...i wouldn't want other men taking advantage of me in public with her, or trying to muscle in on her.......how would i know how to handle a situation like that?
so how can i gain confidence in myself? how can i even feel 'worthy' of this nice lady who is interested in me?
