I Am Discouraged

Added the next morning. Encouraging words are always valuable, thank you.

I also realize I have allowed myself to be to busy to exercise the last few weeks. Exercise helps my perspective so going for a run this morning. Everything else can wait. 😀

Just a discouraging day for no good reason. I need to do better for my team but feel like I just don’t have enough time. It was easier building success, but maintaining it is hard. Expectations seem so high but everyone is loyal. I just want to be my best so they are prepared, but so tired today.
