✨Moments found moments created✨

A flicker of sunlight on a windowsill.
Dappled moments of cool air flow.
Soft curtain dance.
Chimes tinkling in a breeze.
Texture and scents.
Subtleties.

Yet, to see it requires more than just looking, it asks for a surrender, a willingness to let go and to meet it. Perhaps where the art of living begins...

To embrace the simple magic of what’s in front of us. It's always there, waiting to be seen or created. Sometimes warmly flickering in some nestled corner.🕯

That reminds me of a painting at the National Gallery of Art called Wind From the Sea.

It looks much better in person, and so real.

@JoyfulSilence Oooh I like.

@Magenta

The artist is Andrew Wyeth. Here is another of his paintings, Christina's World, which I found after a web search.

It looks familiar. I could have sworn I had seen this before. But the National Gallery of Art in DC did not list it on its website.

It is at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC.

Ha ha, it is quite memeable:

@JoyfulSilence Yes I've seen the top one before. I like it. The others, well... 😄
