A bloodstone bracelet given to me by my sister today.

Do you believe in the power of crystals? They are beautiful and I'm fascinated by them. The bloodstone is said to be a powerful healer, excellent blood cleanser, stimulates the immune system, protective and increases creativity - the one I like - It also encourages love, relationships and friendships and assists in bringing spirituality into everyday life. Personally, I just think they are beautiful, but if all the rest follows, all the good.

It’s my belief that everything in nature holds energy. Like how the stone warms in contact with your skin. I don’t think certain stones hold certain powers for specific things, but if you feel good wearing it, then it suits you.

I adore rocks. I have soooo many and I keep them around me because they remind me of the beauty of earth and life. I will put loving energy in a stone before I gift it. My mom made thousands of jewelry pieces with natural gems. She put her love into her arts and I feel her when I wear them.

I think it’s real, but much more subtle than the assigned tasks. That part I think is for marketing. But if you’ve ever picked up a stone and felt intrigued, moved, curious, peaceful, then you’ve shared a connection with earth. That’s the magic.

@AlchemyFox I agree, the earth has so many precious and free gifts, it's a shame commercialism has to rear its ugly head.

@Eclecticallysound Yup. Anything that can be monetized, is.
