I Appreciate the Simple Things In Life

I was at a youth group meeting once and we had oranges and I was peeling one when my youth minister asked if I had ever really looked at an orange, how its separated, its pieces, its geometry - he asked me to imagine what thought went into that. I didn't understand at the time, nodded and smiled but it stuck with me. Its kind of perfect in a way.

It is, and the complexity of cells and even atoms goes deeper and deeper the more we look.

To think that complexity came together to function in hyper specific ways of its own accord is insanity.

There is proof of God, for those who want to find it.
