Never hold onto something that breaks you just for the sake of keeping it

….but never let go of something truly worth having just because the fight is hard

Maybe we have to break to appreciate things we lost.

@QuietReverie That's tricky thought..... 🤔

Someone should have told her that…
Renkon · M
@HikingMan What happened?
HikingMan · 51-55, M
@Renkon
Life.

What if it’s both?
Renkon · M
@ChampagneOnIce Can that happen in one instance?
ChampagneOnIce · 51-55, F
@Renkon Yes, I think something can be incredibly good and bad for you at the same time.
Renkon · M
@ChampagneOnIce Interesting
Magenta · F
Indeed. But if one doesn't see it as "truly worth having", and the other does, it sadly won't work either. 😌

Some are the rebound and being used to fill someone's loneliness and pain, and they don't / didn't even know it.

@Magenta @Magenta Does it matter if the others also see the matter as not truly worth having? If you feel it's worth letting go, shouldn't you go ahead?
Magenta · F
@Renkon Yes, we should. Hopefully not causing too much pain for them.
Renkon · M
@Magenta hmm...there is always pain where there is attraction.
