What's the inspiration behind your username?

Over the years my usernames have always been so cringy and edgy, like something an emo teenager would choose. This time I thought I'd try something that suits my personality. I've always been an antagonist, annoying friends and family alike, making bad jokes, so why not something to do with a jester? But I gotta make it clever right? How about a play on words? Jest instead of Just

I was completing a Mindfulness Based Living course when I set up my account last year.
Not very original but seems a bit late to change it now.

@JestAJester To a degree you're right.
It can help with mental health issues, in particular anxiety.
But it's for anyone really.
It's about being focused in the moment, not being distracted or stressed by events that have passed or yet to occur.
It's a wonderful way to relax and live if you can.
