Is this like a one time free card to any one thing I can do?
Is it more like a godmode where I can just say "Yeah I can fly" and then it just works?
Maybe it's more like a free Perk reshuffle? I need more info on this before I commit.

@Killer Oof. That's a big load for my stoned brain. Does anyone know what they desire? Because the more I think about any "potential existence" could be desirable.
I would desire A LOT of things and I'm sure most other people have more than one desire too, right?
