I get frustrated when we all try to encourage them, thinking that’s what they are looking for (at least I am most times) and they respond with anger that we don’t know what we’re talking about or what we offer won’t “work”.

I tend to lose sympathy when someone wants an instant fix without doing the work. That just isn’t how it happens.
