It sounds like someone is kicking ass and doing away with self-limiting beliefs,and I applaud that.Suffering as part of the weight loss journey may well be one of the unspoken secrets that many have not bothered to acknowledge-keep speaking your truth !

My only criticism is that it may be a bit long, although that's more of a criticism to people online than you because they're impatient lol.

Otherwise, it's profound and thought provoking. I liked the line about suffering.

@SinlessOnslaught I'm still incredibly introverted. I don't like being filmed. I do it partly because it IS so unpleasant & I'm not going to let that control me.
