We used to accept each other but it seems that she doesn't accept me at all now. I try to keep my personality in check but I talk in jest and get blamed all the time. It's like I can't be me any more. :(

I wouldn't know of course.
In my case I was so hurt by my ex's betrayals by the end of the relationship anything he said annoyed the hell out of me.

We learn to accept what we don't understand and in so doing accept the person for who they are.
