The New York Citizens Fund
I've had this idea before, If some one knows how to check is this on the books or was it the New York Community Fund; maybe both eventually.
So If you got every or even some to most to agree to contribute 1% of their income, to this/these funds, the goal of the one to create zero interest debt. and the other to initiate community/infrastructure improvement projects throughout the state of New York on behalf of New York Citizens. The idea is to invest a portion of the contributions into bullion until the amount of bullion covers all personal/citizen debt of all New York Citizens.
This model could be used anywhere, but without interest the power of the dollar or any initiative currency, would only rise. All debt would be adjust to reflect the increased value of a given currency; every 6 months The priorities of the Community fund would be first water quality then transportation/eliminate tolls, and green energy, Hopefully the Capital District Monorail. But this is only the best option.
The NYCF's would be free traded and largely placed in Bitcoin. Send a request get the money yourself.
