@Maskeytheeagle knowing what to eat and when to eat it and what to stay away from. Stay away from breads, pasta, white rice. Eat protein for breakfast, raw veg for am and pm snack, nuts/seeds for additional pm snack, leafy greens with protein for lunch and dinner, and don’t eat after dark because your body is getting ready to retire so if you eat after dark, you wake it up.
