You should decide if you need a co-author, a ghost writer, or maybe just a good editor.
@SomeMichGuy what's a ghost writer. My grammar sucks but I'm very creative and come up with good concepts

@RadiantRuby A ghost writer writes on your behalf, but is uncredited (except via $).
If you have great concepts, you might think of recording yourself describing an idea, because then you could use that to write from or to have someone understand how you express yourself...so that they don't write with THEIR "voice", but YOURS (phrases you like, etc.).
A ghost writer should def. interact with you a lot to try to capture the nuances of how you express yourself, anyway.
Or you might submit your video idea.

@RadiantRuby OTOH, sucky GRAMMAR can be helped by an editor.
You should try writing.
But make sure you protect yourself with NDAs [Non-Disclosure Agreements, so ppl can be sued for stealing your ideas], copywriting even drafts, etc.
