What do you “steal” from hotels?

Once i checked ihto a room that stunk of oil paint. The painters had painted the window while open and it had dried shut and it was winter. The hotel was full so they couldn't move me. The cleaners had left the cupboard open so I helped myself to a carton of Borders Biscuits and a multipack of toilet rolls. I felt bad when I checked out as they apologised and refunded the full cost of the room
