Male Karen in a car park

So we have a friend who owns a local hotel he lets us park in there temporarily when we pop into town so today I park up to go the bank and there is some old car washing his car on my friends car park confronting guests of the hotel telling them they can’t park there because the car park belongs to the flats which are on the other side of the road and have there own car park ??? I mean what ?
