The skunks that have infested my house had babies

AS for remedies on removing the skunks from your property, I would recommend playing some music on speakers near the floor where they're living, maybe some TV sounds, nothing super loud, just bassy, to make their living area uncomfortable enough that the mom will want to move her kits out. Maybe putting some flour out in their escape routes so you can check for pawprints and know they're gone at night, and then blocking off entry via hammering any entryways shut (note: you said it's a mom and kits so make sure ALL SKUNKS ARE GONE before blocking the entrance, or you'll end up with the kits starving to death). Other people said ammonia, that's toxic and is just going to make you and the skunks sick.
