I have been home for a week now
More or less the whole week was given over to the house. No one has lived here for a year so you can imagine how the dust and cobwebs had spread prolifically. We have used the vacuum cleaner but only once we got the generator going and the oil filled up by the contractor.
We had three days more or less dressed except once we got some logs for the fireplace in here and in the master bedroom (where I have moved now that we have refurbished and replaced the bed. It was my parents bed.
Tim has created a new studio space to use and keep his paintings 🖼 in. He has spent a lot of time with this and assisted me in other rooms when I needed help. My old bedroom is now a long term storage space until I am able to go through the other storage space that my parents things are assembled in.
I’m here for another two weeks before I have to leave to go back to Amsterdam where I am working next. I want to go a few days earlier than necessary to get some dancing done to build up my bank balance again.
