@Kiesel with utilities it would be somwhere between $1800 and $2300

@GohantheThird then I’d take that and shop the going rent rates of those given sizes … 800 to 1000 seems plenty to me

just keep your options open and focus on other factors if you aren't sure

Stuff like dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, and central heat are more important. Try calculating square footage per dollar
