Home and resting

We just got Jeremy home, and he’s already asleep in the recliner under a heated blanket — yes, even though it’s almost 90° out, lol. Despite their best efforts, he did have a pretty severe panic attack as he was coming out of the anesthesia, so they had to give him some additional anxiety medication to help calm him down.

The good news is that everything with the procedure went well, and he is safely home now. We also stopped and picked up a little care package for when he wakes up later or for tomorrow while he takes it easy. I already know he’s going to be excited about a few of the things we found. Sometimes it really is the little things in life — like a new flavor of Mountain Dew or M&M’s he’s been wanting to try.

@Musicman I was very excited but didn't even have a cigar tonight. I was feeling really nauseous there for a while. But I had chicken soup and water and I am feeling better

@Cigarguys That is all the anesthesia. Tomorrow you should feel much better. Just keep drinking the water to flush it out of your body. 🙂

@Musicman I have been and it's helped along with some nausea medicine. I'm just relaxing in the recliner listen to music right now
