I have a question.

I live in Southern Florida. It rarely ever gets cold here. We are usually so warm that having heat is not a building code requirement. Stores and restaurants do not have heat at all. Here is the problem. We are on well and septic here. Our pump and water filtration system is outside. We are supposed to be somewhere between 31 and 34 degrees tonight. I was thinking about insulating the exposed water pipes, but it's raining. Insulation can't get wet. So if I wanted to insulate the pipes with something that can withstand the rain what should I use?

You can probably find both at your local hardware stores in plumbing.
