The market manager had another public spin out today at me and a board member

Then she was feeling a little better and then she was shtty again by the end.

It's so uncomfortable. I hate being alone with her now because she always starts something up

But I brought home some sweetgrass for the dogs and piglet and now my apartment smells lovely

@CountScrofula and she keeps freaking out that the board is hiding things from her, and doesn't like that we're having a meeting without her.

But yet when people have a question she just says, I don't know, I'm leaving soon. (Even if she does know the answer).

I just don't know what to do around it. It's very uncomfortable and I keep feeling like I need to placate her somehow

@caccoon Talk to her emotions not what she specifically says does if that makes sense. She's having trouble letting go and feels like she'll be ignored or that it will all fall apart without her.

I'd like to arrange an acknowledgement party for her, where vendors can gift her or express their appreciation for her. I know it's important to her
