@ToLivePeacefully I know a guy who got a 4 bedroom apartment for under 90k in coastal Spain last year. He paid less then 100k for everything including a lawyer and all the bureaucracy around buying a property as a non-citizen.

@CrazyMusicLover From what I'm seeing when it costs too little there's always a reason behind it.
Either it's placed in god's b*tthole with the closest city at like 2-3h of driving, or it's devastated to the point you'll have to spend twice as much in renovations, or it's contracts like "yeah you buy the theoretical ownership of the house, but you won't be able to move in until my ex-wife and kid(s) move out in about 30 years".. or worse, you find out late that it's abusive (especially common in coastal areas) and needs to be either condoned (good luck with that, plus the final expense will easily go over 200k) or even demolished
